Cukup2 la aku membebel pasal dunia hiburan n know mood aku sekarang nak membebel pasal kesihatan…nak bagi nasihat kesihatan cket kat spe2 yg sudi bce entry aku nie…(ehem2..ada kew yg sudi nak bce nie…)haih..aku tau ada jer silent reader kat cnie…ahaks….

Ok2..bru2 nie aku g jumpe pakar  sakit puan…hah???uat per aku g jumpe die..jeng2….korang rasa for what???haip!!haip!!!aku mne ada masalah kebatinan…hahahah..mude lagi la…hahahah..eh..jap spe kate x ley jumpe…x kira muda atau tua..bley jer u ol nak jumpe… MySpace
Act, aku bukan jumpe pun doctor yg dimaksudkan pun…hahahah..suspen jew..i jumper klinik nurse die jer la…tuk dapatkan senarai  Food Guide For Blood Type”tapi disebabkan I nie memiliki darah jenis B…so, aku amik tuk darah B jew la….n lau ada permintaan tinggi….aku akan dapatkan darah jenis lain k….

1st aku nak credit dis artikel to Datuk Dr. R. Selvam (O&G Consultant Specialist) Putra Specialist Hospital…kena kredit lau x..kata mencuri fakta lak….Aku kne tulis English coz dlm kertas nie sume English k…..

IMPORTANT POINT TO REMEMBER
1)       You have a balanced body type. Hence you can enjoy a variety of Meats, Fish, Aggs, Vegetables and Fruit. Red meat, flat type of fish ang eggs are good for you..( so, rajin2 la makan daging and ikan k!!!no chicken..:((sedih!!)   MySpace
2)       You should strictly avoid most Grains, all cereal and corn. White flour (eg. Mee Bread, Cakes, Capati, roti canai etc) and dairy product (except Yogurt) are not good for u….(erk!!!nasib baik aku x suka minum susu…yogurt???i love it..nasib baik).These foods trigger multiple allergies in your body and being a Type B u are very prone for allergy which if not controlledwill lead to Autoimmune Disorders.

3)      Your blood type predisposes u to certain disease like sinusitis (org biasa cakap resdung), Asthma, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Frequent Flu (yeah!!aku meman selalu kena ini sakit,no wonder!!),  Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus.MySpace

4)      U should increase your protein and vegetables consumption and reduce your intake of carbohydrate (like nasi, mihon, kuey teow, kentang)..hm…..boley kurus aku!!!mampukah aku x makan nasi..hahhahah..

5)      U should take up moderately intensive exercises like Walking, cycling, Golf, taichi and Weight Training etc and reduce high intensity exercises…
